Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) and calls sent by AIX Group, LLC, doing business as Patient Concierge ("Patient Concierge," "we," "us"), to people who ask for them through patientconcierge.ai.
How you sign up
You can sign up in two places: our Book a demo form, and the chat window on our website. Each one has two separate boxes. Both boxes are optional and unchecked, and you can submit the form or start a chat without checking either one. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Non-marketing messages. Appointment confirmations and reminders, updates, order information, and general clinic systems education. Message frequency varies but will not be more than 3-5 messages per day unless there is a notification event.
- Marketing messages. Promotional offers, new service announcements, seasonal campaigns, and availability updates. Message frequency varies.
You can agree to either, both or neither. You must be 18 or older to agree. Your consent applies only to Patient Concierge, not to any other company. Messages may be recurring.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge you for the messages we send.
How to opt out
Reply STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, END or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We'll send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you sign up again. You can also email us at [email protected] to opt out.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected].
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered or misdirected messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the text messaging aggregators and carriers that deliver our messages. We keep records of when and how you opted in and out. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you give us.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
